All instructors are internationally certified in the STOTT PILATES method of exercise, one of the safest and most effective methods worldwide. We are experts in our field and have specialist training in injuries and special populations. We are also an award-winning MERRITHEW Licensed Training Centre. To date, we have trained over 5000 students for new careers in Pilates across more than 700 certification courses and hundreds of specialised workshops.
