During the class, the students will be guided (step by step) to attempt various obstacle courses & physical challenges that are continuously varied. Coaches will teach the students the needed skills to tackle each obstacle course in the most efficient manner. The courses & physical challenges include Parkour elements as well as Ninja movements ranging from Jumping over obstacles, vaulting & crawling under others, pulling & pushing objects of different sizes & shapes, balance walking, hanging using upper body strength as well as running and various other physical activities.
