Description
The Abu Dhabi Racquet Club is a specialized sports club established in 2021 by a decision of His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council. The club focuses on developing and raising the performance level of players in table tennis, racquetball, and badminton, promoting social responsibility, discovering sporting talent, and supporting the Olympic champion development project. The club also works to create a distinguished sporting environment that contributes to the application of best practices for competition at the local, regional, and international levels. This is achieved by hosting international tournaments and sporting events, and by preparing and developing specialized and qualified technical cadres in the fields of racket sports. This aims to provide a platform for young talents to become elite racket sports. Through its ambitious vision, the club aims to position Abu Dhabi as the global capital of racket sports. It also seeks to foster a spirit of competition, develop sports in the region, and create an environment that encourages investment in racket sports
